What a facilitator actually is

Under Korean law, recruiting international patients requires a government registration — a system built to protect you from the unregistered brokers who dominate social media. The Seoul Glow operates under registration A-2025-08-01-06516, issued by the Governor of Gyeonggi Province and valid through December 2028. Our English-language certificate is available to any patient or partner on request.

Registration is more than a plaque. It means our fee comes from the clinic under legally capped rates — never added to your bill. It means we operate inside Korea's medical-dispute mediation system rather than outside it. And it means there is a government office you can hold us accountable to, by name and number.

Who we are

The Seoul Glow is the medical-tourism brand of Roadworks Company, Inc., a Korean corporation led by CEO Park Jun. Our operating DNA comes from precision logistics — a business where a missed handoff is a failure, every commitment is written, and reliability is the whole product. We brought that discipline to patient coordination: written quotes before you fly, a named coordinator through your whole journey, and follow-through after you land home.

What we believe

• The quote comes first. You see the clinic's written price before you book anything — flights included.
• The doctor decides medicine; you decide everything else. We coordinate and translate; diagnosis and treatment plans belong to the physician, and informed choice belongs to you.
• Smaller and accountable beats big and anonymous. Four vetted partner clinics we know deeply, not forty logos we don't.
• Aftercare is part of the treatment. The journey ends when your surgeon says you've healed — not when you board the plane.

Who we serve

We work primarily with patients traveling from the United States, Canada and Mexico. English support is native to everything we do; Spanish-language support is in preparation as we grow our North American service.
