What we do at every step
1:1 online consultation
Tell us your goals, budget range and dates on WhatsApp or the consultation form. A human coordinator — not a chatbot — replies within 24 hours with honest first guidance.
Clinic matching & treatment plan
We take your photos and goals to the partner clinics whose doctors fit your case, and return with a concrete plan: recommended treatment, required stay, and the doctor's preliminary notes.
Written quote before you fly
The clinic's full price, itemized, in writing. No deposit games, no arrival surprises, no currency tricks. You compare, ask questions, and decide in your own time.
Scheduling around your trip
We fit consultations, procedures and follow-up checks around your flight dates — including the recovery buffer your treatment genuinely needs before flying home.
Interpretation & accompaniment
A coordinator meets you at the clinic, interprets the doctor consultation live, and stays through check-in, payment and post-procedure instructions. You'll never sign a form you can't read.
Aftercare & tele-follow-up
Before you leave Seoul we fix your follow-up schedule; after you land, we relay progress photos and questions between you and your doctor for as long as your recovery takes.
What we don't do — on purpose
- We don't sell travel. Flights, hotels and tours are outside a facilitator's legal scope, so we don't book them. We'll gladly point you to the districts our patients prefer to stay in near each clinic, and many partner clinics operate their own patient pickup — we tell you which, at matching.
- We don't practice medicine. Diagnosis and treatment plans come from licensed physicians — our role is to make sure you understand them fully and are never pressured.
- We don't upsell. Our fee is a capped percentage paid by the clinic either way; pushing you into bigger procedures earns us nothing but risk. The plan you get is the plan the doctor believes in.
What it costs
