"Trust is logistics."
A message from our CEO, Park Jun
Before I worked in beauty, I spent years in precision manufacturing and freight — industries where a promise is a schedule, and a schedule either holds or it doesn't. Nobody in logistics accepts "probably". Every handoff is named, timed, and confirmed in writing.
Then I watched people I care about navigate Korea's beauty industry from abroad, and I was honestly embarrassed by what they faced: unregistered brokers on Instagram, prices that changed on arrival, "translators" who vanished after payment, and no one accountable when something went wrong.
The strange part is that none of this is necessary. Korea already has a legal framework that protects foreign patients — registered facilitators, capped referral fees, dispute mediation. The problem is that the loudest operators simply ignore it, and patients abroad have no way to tell the difference.
So we built The Seoul Glow the way I would build a freight line: registered with the government by name and number, four partner clinics we can personally vouch for, every quote in writing before you fly, and one coordinator responsible for your journey from first message to final follow-up. Nothing improvised, nothing verbal, nothing "probably".
If you are considering Korea, you deserve to be treated like a patient, not a package of revenue. Send us a message — you'll get an honest answer within a day, and the price in writing before you decide anything.
